AQON
A Self-Sustainable Water Drone
AQON is a collaboration project with Environmental & Water Technology, Electronic & Computer Engineering and Product Design & Innovation Students.
AQON water drone is the first of its kind in aiding fish farmers to detect algae bloom in real time.
With the growing risk of algae bloom, AQON will be on the frontline collecting data on pH levels of dissolved oxygen, nitrate and the temperature of the water.
The self sustaining drone will then transmit the data directly to the farmers via a gsm module, allowing the farmers to pinpoint and rectify any issue.
